To call this the best Riddler episode is not to praise it, but to damn the others. Computer hackery by itself is not terribly glamorous in an action show, so the virtual reality machines get hauled in. The Riddler's cyberworld is appropriately cerebral and surreal—a locomotive charges through a Magrittean doorway—but even that is undone by Akom's typical incompetence.
