Solidly crafted, but something of a missed opportunity. The set-up, which shows Terry disappearing down some subway tunnels and others' reactions when he doesn't reappear the next day, promises something interesting and different: What do his family, friends and mentor do when a Terry-shaped hole appears in the world? Some of that idea is realized, particularly in the fine interplay between Wayne and Max (and how happy we all are to see Bruce back in action). But the story is at least as concentrated on the much less compelling Dak, the street urchin Terry finds down in the tunnels, and on the obligatory action scenes.
